Baggage Information


Pay for your bags and other luggage ahead of airport check in to save you time and hassle. Please note that baggage rates and policies may differ from airline to airline.


You are allowed one carryon bag in the overhead bin above your seat. Any extra personal belongings must be stored under your seat. If your carryon bag cannot fit in the overhead bin, please talk to your flight attendant about checking it in.


The number of bags your airline allows you to check differs depending on their policies. Usually, flyers are allowed up to two checked bags per person. Others may come with a fee. For more information, visit your airline’s website.

You may be able to check in inline using your airline’s booking website up to 24-hours before your flight.


Checkin is now easier than ever! You can pre-check in to your flight up to 24-hours ahead using your airline’s confirmation email. You may also check in using airport kiosks or counters.


Traditional check in methods are still available at your airport with airline counter service. You may also be able to avoid long lines by using your airport kiosk machine.


Take convenience to another level by downloading your airline’s app and checking in there. You may also be able to pay your baggage fees, select seats or upgrade your seating from here as well.

Passport and Visas

Before traveling please ensure that you have the necessary paperwork secured. Your passport must be up to date and stamped and ensure that you check your travel country’s website to see if you need a visa to travel.


Depending on your home country, if you are traveling to the U.S, you may need a visa. Please visit the U.S. Immigration website to find out if you do before travel.


If you are traveling through the U.S you will be subject to U.S customs and immigration. Make sure that you have the necessary documentation prepared for a smooth process.

Wheelchair Request

Wheelchairs may be requested at your airline’s booking counter.


These can be done at the airport with your airline, online, or through your airline’s app.

Child/Infant Booking Information
Your child’s age and development will determine if they need an individual seat on the airline.


Children may be allowed one check in bag and one carry on item during a flight. Consult your chosen airlines policies for more information.
