Usually, you cannot contact property owners/managers before booking because Best Stay deals with all communications between the provider and the guest.

Q: What is a tourist licence and how does this affect my booking
In some countries, property owners are required to register their property at a tourist office and apply for a tourist license. If you rent a booking that does not have a tourist license it is usually against the law in that country. But no worries! At Best Stay, we make sure that all of our foreign rental properties have a tourist license.
Q: Do I need a rental agreement before booking a rental?
No, you do not need a rental agreement before booking. Best Stay Travels will provide you with a booking confirmation.
