Boatbuilding on Man–O–War Cay in the Bahamas dates back to the 1880s. During the middle of the last century, numerous boatyards – large and small – lined the harbour. William H. Albury (“Uncle Will”) built some of the largest in his yard where the hardware store and Edwins #2 now stand. Edwin’s Boat Yard is a full-service facility serving power and sail boaters. Whether for periodic haul-outs or long-term storage, Edwin’s prides itself on repeat business with customers coming back year after year. And we also try to accommodate any emergency repair and short-notice work in a timely and efficient manner.
